Customer Service Representative Job
Responsibilities:
Answering/Making calls to customers to learn about and address their needs or concerns with service.
Responds efficiently, accurately and compassionately explaining possible causes/solutions to problems and ensuring customers feel supported and valued Engage in active listening, confirming or clarifying information and diffusing angry customers as needed Build lasting relations with customers and other call center team members based on trust and reliability.
Accurately record all information into the database according to company / department policy.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Attract potential customers by answering product/service questions accurately.
Open and update customer accounts with accurate information Maintain financial accounts by processing customer adjustments/payments.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
